Thanks for attending Let’s Talk Coffee 2025; we look forward to seeing you in Lima, Peru, in September.
Below are some essential details about dates, logistics, and what to expect!

Arrivals

What are the dates of the Event?

September 25 – 27, 2025.

What airport should I arrive at and when?

Fly into LAP Jorge Chávez International Airport

You should arrive on Wednesday, 24 2025.

How do I get to my hotel?

We recommend using “Taxi Green,” which is a 24 hrs service situated in the airport terminal right outside the arrivals doors, on the left. You can pay at the desk using a credit card.

At the event

Is lodging included?

Lodging is not included in the conference pass and should be booked separately.

Are meals included?

Lunch and coffee breaks during the event are included in the conference pass.

We will also have a Welcome Cocktail on the night of the 25th, a Grill Dinner on the 26th and a Closing Dinner on the 27th.

Breakfast is not included.

Are there vegan/vegetarian options?

Yes, please make sure to mention your dietary restrictions when purchasing your conference pass and/or via email ltc2023@sustainableharvest.com.

Are networking/social events included?

Yes, all social and networking events are included in the conference pass.

Departures

When should I plan on flying out of Peru?

Sunday 28th.
